Role description
As a PPIC, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless production operations by balancing customer demand, production capacity, and material availability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize planning, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive operational efficiency.
Your Mission
Production Planning – Develop effective production plans based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity to ensure on-time delivery.
Inventory & Material Control – Ensure the availability of raw materials and maintain optimal inventory levels to support smooth production operations.
Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to align production schedules and business priorities.
Operational Efficiency – Monitor production performance, identify potential risks, and drive continuous improvements in planning and inventory management.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Utilize production, inventory, and demand data to optimize planning accuracy and support operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a PPIC or similar role.
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills.
Willing to be based in Mojokerto, East Java.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, production planning, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
Knowledge of MRP, MPS, inventory control, and production planning systems is preferred.
